These Terms govern your use of Canna GLAP by Grown Like A PRO LLC (the "App"), including our website. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & legal compliance

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for cannabis cultivation in your jurisdiction). The App is a record-keeping and educational tool for cultivation. Cannabis cultivation is regulated or prohibited in many places. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws that apply to you. The App does not, and is not intended to, facilitate the sale, distribution, or delivery of cannabis or any controlled substance.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or use the App to break the law.

3. Subscription, intro period & billing

The App requires a paid subscription of $19.99 per month. New subscribers may start with an introductory period of 15 days for $1, where offered. The intro period is paid, not a free trial.
When the intro period ends, your subscription continues automatically at $19.99 per month, charged to the payment method you signed up with, and renews each month until you cancel.
Billing is handled by Stripe if you subscribed on our website, or by the Apple App Store or Google Play if you subscribed in the App.
Optional add-ons, such as extra team seats or extra farms, are shown in the App with their price before you buy, and are billed the same way.
Prices may change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription.

4. Cancelling

Website subscriptions: cancel anytime in the App under Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription.
App Store or Google Play subscriptions: cancel in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings. The App links you there.
When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during the intro period, you keep access until the intro period ends and the monthly charge never starts.
If a payment is already overdue when you cancel a website subscription, the subscription ends immediately and the unpaid charge is cancelled.
Except where required by law or by the Apple App Store or Google Play, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 3 days while the payment is retried. You can update your payment method in the App at any time. If payment still hasn't gone through after 3 days, access pauses until it does. Your encrypted grow is not deleted when access pauses; subscribing again restores it.

6. Your data is encrypted — and unrecoverable if you lose your keys

Read this carefully. Your grow data is end-to-end encrypted, and only your passphrase or your 24-word recovery phrase can unlock it on a new device. If you lose both, your data is permanently unrecoverable. We cannot reset it, restore it, or access it for you. By using the App you accept this risk in exchange for real privacy. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is and isn't encrypted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate any illegal transaction, to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Educational content — not professional advice

Guidance, diagnoses, and recommendations in the App, including answers from Cannie, our AI assistant, are for educational purposes only and are not medical, legal, or professional advice. AI answers can be wrong. Verify anything important independently.

9. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that offline changes will always sync, or that any diagnosis or recommendation is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data (including grow data made unrecoverable by loss of your keys), profits, or crops, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the App. You may stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@growcannabiseasily.com.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
