This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It sets out what each plan includes, so a few accounts cannot use up what everyone shares. Almost every grower stays well inside it without thinking about it.
1. Plants and phones
Free: one plant record and its log, up to 10 rooms, 5 fields with 50 beds and 25 of your own strains, a calendar of up to 25 events and up to 15 supply inventory items, without photos, export or Cannie. An account whose plan has ended can still look back at all of its past plants, harvests and stats, read-only; it can change its oldest plant, its first 25 events and its first 15 supply items.
Solo: up to 6 active plants, 1 phone signed in at once.
Grower: up to 25 active plants, 1 phone.
PRO: up to 200 active plants, 2 phones.
Expert: no plant limit, 2 phones.
An active plant is one in a growing stage (seedling, clone, vegetative, flowering or harvest window). Plants that are drying or curing do not count, and nothing you have already logged is deleted when you reach a limit.
2. Cannie, the Cannabis Pixie
Every paid plan includes Cannie, our AI grow helper. Each question costs us real money to answer, so she comes with a monthly allowance:
During the $0.99 first month: up to 10 questions a day, and 50 in all. Starting full access early ends these intro limits at once.
After that, each calendar month (UTC): up to 100 questions on Solo, 300 on Grower, 500 on PRO and 1,000 on Expert.
Gift time counts as Expert.
On every plan, more than 250 questions in one day pauses her until the next day.
Very long conversations also count toward a limit by their size, so a few huge requests cannot stand in for many questions.
When you reach a limit, Cannie tells you when she will be back. The rest of the App keeps working, and your records are untouched. Unused questions do not carry over to the next month.
3. What is not fair use
Sharing one account between households, or reselling access to it.
Sending questions to Cannie by script, bot or any automated means, or using her answers to build another product.
Trying to get around a limit, for example with a changed copy of the App.
If an account does these things, we may pause Cannie or the account under section 12 of the Terms. We will tell you why.
4. Changes
We may change these limits. If a change lowers what your plan includes, we will tell you in the App or by email at least 7 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
